Gervonta Davis was released from detention of Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade after being arrested earlier Friday for a domestic violence battery against his ex-girlfriend.
“Tank” Davis out of jail
Tank Davis covered his face with a white T-shirt and escorted out of jail through three correctional officers and was walking to a guard on car and leaving. Davis received the celebrity treatment with the officer guidance.
The incident between Gervonta and his ex -girlfriend happened last month on Father’s Day, on June 15. He allegedly hit her in the back of the head and slapped her.
Lamont Roach said on social media tonight that she was re -broadcast with WBA lightweight champion Tank Davis on August 16. He says they are still awaiting the announcement for the fight. It is quite strange that the fight has not yet been disclosed because there is only a month to go. It makes fans wonder if it’s really going to happen or not.
For the sake of the tank, he would be better off if they jailed him for a month, because then he would have an excuse not to fight again in a risky battle. Most box fans believe that Davis lost their previous battle on March 1, which was a 12-round. Davis would be better off if the Rematch did not happen to Roach because he could get a much bigger payday against Shakur Stevenson.
Roach Rematch still on: August 16
“I heard Buddy (Tank Davis) is already at home. So, to all you people who say, ‘You don’t fight. “I just want to let you know that the fight is still on August 16. XTo let his followers know that she is re -broadcast with Gervonta Davis on August 16.
