Tyson Fury returned this time – again – and claimed to face Oleksandr Ulsyk for a third fight in 2026. That’s right, April 18, 2026 at WembleyAccording to a self-happiness social media post with a poster and enough laughing emojis to make it look like a parody account.
It is the same anger that retired in January (again) and now wants us to believe that this latest “comeback” is real. Saudi Bok head Turki Al-Sheikh says he got Fury’s “word”. Great – because If there is one thing more solid lately than Fury’s defense, these are his promises.
Let us not rewrite history here. Utsyk has already beaten him. Twice. And yet Fury is still coming around as if there is a score to settle. Does he hope everyone just forgot the last two fights? Or is he planning to put it through until people start believing that he actually won?
It is about as fresh as a Greggs pasty on a radiator to call usk “rabbit”. If someone runs, it’s the man who still tries to pay in a trilogy exists only in his imagination and a Canva fighter poster.
What exactly does Fury try to prove – and to whom?
This entire circus depends on Daniel Dubois who in some way defeated USyk on July 19. If the miracle happens, USKyk gets a Rematch and Fury’s Big 2026 dream? Delayed. Or derailed. Or dropped completely –Like every other thing he says, he does ‘next’.
Fury insists that it is the ‘only battle’ that would bring him back. Translation: It is the only one that makes him act as if he is still in the conversation. The truth is, USYK doesn’t need this battle – and Fury needs it much more than he wants to admit.
Does anyone still have to care by 2026?
So here we are again: Fury talks, utility work, and everyone is watching if it’s just more theater.
April 2026 may sound big and fat, but until a contract is signed, gloves are on and the bells –It’s just Fury what he does best: playing games, talking loudly and hoping we’re all still watching.
