Sebastian Fundora against Keith Thurman Fight will be moved on the Manny Pacquiao against Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero card on January 24 in Las Vegas.
Two comebacks, one card
The Fundora-Thurman and Pacquiao-Rolly Fight Fit. They have both older fighters who have done nothing to earn a world title, as these fighters have been mostly inactive for the past three to four years. Thurman only fought once in the past three years.
Fundora (23-1-1, 15 COs) was forced to postpone his previously scheduled October 25 title defense of his WBC junior middleweight belt against Thurman (31-1, 23 COs) due to a left-hand injury.
Thurman is still raging
“At one time,” Thurman is furious about the postponement, and he suspects that “The Towering Inferno” got cold feet for some reason to fight him in October. It is unclear why Fundora would be concerned about fighting 36-year-old Thurman when the competition is expected to be a complete mismatch.

Pacquiao’s second revival tour
In the main meeting, the soon-to-be 47-year-old Pacquiao (62-8-3, 39 COs) for the second time since he was on July 19, 2025 of the WBC Welterweight Champion, Mario Barrios, of the WBC welterweight.
The two fighters struggled to a 12-round majority. The battle has criticized because Pacquiao shot a world title he did not deserve. It makes a mockery of boxing if a fighter can be retired for four years and then immediately get a crack at a world title without even fighting once.
Rolly’s payout
The WBA champion Rolly Romero does not care that Pacquiao does not judge a world title fight. He considers it a nice money fight for him. It also allows him to milk his title before the WBA forces him to defend against his compulsory challenger, Shakhram Giyasov. This is a fight that Rolly would probably lose.
Pacquiao gets another title shot after that draw looks stupid, but it shows what the focus is. It’s about money. If Pacquiao had to earn a fight against Rolly by the no. 1 WBA contender, Giyasov, to face, he would have many problems.
