Ipswich will be without the services of Chiedozie Ogbene for the remainder of the campaign. Axel Tuanzebe, George Hirst and Conor Chaplin are currently accompanying him in the treatment room.

Massimo Luongo is doubtful for the matchday squad against Fulham due to illness. However, he has rarely featured for Ipswich this season, even when fit.

Christian Walton is likely to keep his place in goal ahead of error-prone Arijanet Muric after an impressive display and clean sheet. against Chelsea last time out

Ipswich’s predicted line-up against Fulham (4-2-3-1): Walton; O’Shea, Woolfenden, Greaves, Davis; Morsy, Cajuste; Burns, Hutchinson, Szmodics; Delap.

Fulham have won just four times this season, but have struggled at times against so-called “lesser” opposition. Their 1-1 draw with Ipswich in the reverse fixture is a perfect example as the Cottagers sometimes lack the ruthless firepower to punish their foes.

Ipswich have won two of their last four and have been slightly better on the road than at home this season, potentially taking the opportunity to frustrate Fulham on Sunday. It will be a tight game that is unlikely to see too many goals, but the visitors could earn a crucial point in their bid to beat the drop.

Prediction: Fulham 1-1 Ipswich
