After his retirement, Dravid was instrumental in shaping the next generation of Indian cricketers. As Head of Cricket at the National Cricket Academy, he mentored several young players who later became mainstays of the national side. He also led India’s U-19 team to the 2018 ICC U19 World Cup title. Later, as head coach of the senior men’s team, Dravid oversaw a historic moment in 2024 when India lifted the T20 World Cup in Barbados, ending a long ICC trophy drought.

Meanwhile, Binny’s contribution dates back to India’s historic 1983 World Cup victory. The former all-rounder was the leading wicket-taker in that tournament and was instrumental in helping India win its first World Cup title. Binny was also part of the Indian side that won the 1985 Cricket World Cup. After his playing days, he served as BTSO’s 36th president from 2022 to 2025.
