New York – A United States dream team has undergone reconstruction.
US Open Finalist in 2024 Taylor Fritz AND Frances Tiophoe will lead the squad with Reilly Opelka and doubles veterans Rajeev RAM AND Austin County Joining the US team after both Ben Shelton AND Tommy Paul withdrew.
US team Davis Cup will play the second tie of its qualified round VS Czechia 12-13 at the Delray Beach tennis center in Delray Beach, Florida.
Toronto’s champion, Shelton injured the left shoulder and was forced to retire during his third round match in the US Open against Adrian Mannarino.
Paul, the newcomers from Paul, reached the Grand Slam quarterfinal in his first two diplomas this year, then fell to Wimbledon’s second round fighting both a leg and in abdominal injuries. Paul, who spent time in a boot during the summer, turned into action on the US Open, where he lost to Alexander Bublik in five fraudulent groups.
The second competition of the round qualification is a better series of five-five matches that will start with two single matches starting at 6 pm on Friday, September 12, then continue with a double match and two other matches starting at 2pm, September 13.
The first nation between the US and Czechekia winning three of those five games wins the qualification and will progress to the 8th Davis Cup Cup to compete for this November 18-23 championship in Bologna, Italy. Tenis Channel will hold coverage on the SH.BA
