Chacarra took a step closer to his Sunday search when Keita Nakajima with two shots to win Hero of Tour World I DP Open Open at DLF Golf and Country Club in New Delhi.
With the victory, Chacarra, which is based on sponsor exceptions for the starts of the DP tournament, after being issued by the LIV, now has full membership by 2027.
“It means everything,” Chacarra said on Sunday after victory. “I decided when I was amateur to go to another side of the golf (liv). I didn’t know where to play, but I stayed patient.
“I know when playing my best, I’m one of the best players in the world. I have already proven this. Juque is just great. They have to dive but really proud, and I’m just happy.”
Chacarra back route is similar to Canter, who just made the first former member of the liv playing In the player championship at TPC Sawgrass.
Canter was a founding member of Liv Golf and played in the Saudi -backed circuit until early 2024. The Englishman said he joined the rebellious circuit for the financial stability he gave.
