Now, we can wait ahead to reign Roger and Rafa Revelri rivalry in a potential exhibition tour.
Talking to talk Andrew Ross Sorkin i Cnbc, Roger Federer was asked about the prospect of resurrection of the old tournament.

“Why not? I love Rafa,” Federer CNBC told. “I played four hours of tennis the next day in LA – here in San Francisco, excuse me – and then in LA an hour and a half. So before that I played a lot.
“I have tried to keep in good shape. And I know Rafa is completely open to play some tennis. That sounds terrible, the tennis of the elderly, for us, but maybe we can create a tour as a fedeal tour or something like that. I mean it would be fine.”
Clay’s king won 24 of the 40 matches he played against Feder, who captured seven of their last eight matches, including a five -set triumph in the Australian Open 2017 final. Federer said part of Laver Cup’s creation was to honor the previous champion.
“I think this is also one of the reasons I started the Laver Cup – to illuminate a light on the greats of the game past,” Federer said. “And maybe a tour of the elderly, we’ve had a little of her in the past, I think it was called Tour Champions at the time it existed. I think there is a lot of appetite to see past champions even in tennis.
Friends and ex -former rivals were recently reunited in the Golf Course near Nadal’s Mallorca house. Nadal shared these images of their golf exit by titling his Instagram post “Whoever is ready to take on both of us ?? #fedal”.
Maestro Federer Swiss, who is in San Francisco for this weekend Laver Cup, said the game is in great hands with World no. 1 Carlos Alcaraz and no. Jannik Sinner 2who have combined to collect the last eight direct Grand Slam crowns, leading the charge.
Federer said the French Epic Final Open to see Alcaraz fight in the three points of the sinful championship that will come down will go down like a flash point in tennis history, signaling the guard by Eras Big three and Serena in the two era.
“I think French Open, for me, it was that match the game needed,” Federer said. “To really move from Post Roger, Rafa, my Serena too.
“To really embrace this rivalry and this tremendous blow that Carlos and Jannik have now. And Novak’s right there, I think he played four half half in all four degrees, which is extraordinary.”
