The Milwaukee Brewers made the second straight season, but they also lost in the wild-card series for the second straight season.
After winning the National League Central for the second year in a row, the Brewers had another disappointing performance in the postseason.
While their struggles on the field have been disappointing, the team and the baseball world received some more bad news this offseason.
Legendary Brewers broadcaster Bob Wecker has died at the age of 90.
We are saddened to learn of the passing of our legendary ambassador of the game, Bob Wecker.
After a six-year playing career with the Braves, Cardinals and Phillies from 1962-67, Uecker spent more than half a century as the “Voice of the Brewers” beginning in 1971.

MLB fans expressed their sadness at Uecker’s passing and remembered some of his famous quotes.
Before becoming a broadcaster, Uecker played six MLB seasons as a player from 1962-1967.
Uecker’s career stats include 297 games, 65 runs scored, 146 hits, 14 home runs, 74 RBI, a .200 average and a .581 OPS.
The St. Louis Cardinals won the 1964 World Series, and Uecker was a member of that club.
In 1964, Uecker played in 40 games with the Cardinals, where he batted .198 with one home run, six RBIs and a .550 OPS.
The legendary Brewers announcer also announced national broadcasts, All-Star games and World Series games.
Along with his broadcasting career, Uecker has appeared in popular films, talk shows, commercials, and his own television sitcom.
The 90-year-old legend lived life to the fullest and provided positive experiences to tons of MLB fans around the world, and he will be greatly missed by the entire baseball community.
