Fall 2024 Cross Country Training and Race Schedule October 19, 2024 Week 5 Day 6 Saturday is Race Day!!!

The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

It’s time to race!

560,000 high school boys and girls are running cross country this fall.

Six weeks into the season (eight weeks for some), racing is well underway.

Why do we push hills?

Hills are many trainers’ secret sauce.

Elite athletes love incline work because it can replace speed work, help build strength, and can be done anywhere there is an incline.
