Fabio Quattararo was given 10 races in a season to score points before his MotoGP contract was ’emptied’.

Fabio Quattararo is widely regarded as one of the best riders on the current MotoGP grid, but he was not a darling at the start of his premier class career.

Khorounzhi said: “Simon (Patterson, his colleague), we’ve got him to tell you that his contract includes a void clause after 10 races. If he doesn’t score, nobody knows what will happen.
