West Ham United are considering a swap transfer with left back Emerson Palmierias they look for midfield reinforcements.
According to reports in Italy, the Hammers are interested in potentially signing Juventus midfielder Nicolo Fagioli, who is currently deemed surplus to requirements in Turin.
This could pave the way West Ham will bring the Italian international to the London Stadiumalthough they are exploring ways to lower their price.

If Fagioli is not in Juve’s plans, then it might make sense for them to try to offload him this January and perhaps increase their depth in defense while doing so.
West Ham need to improve in several areas after a poor start to the season under Julen Lopetegui, who replaced David Moyes in the summer.
