Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis (35-0 (31) knocked out WBA No. 9 Uisma Lima (14-2 (10) at 1:58 of the first round of a scheduled 12 rounds to claim the WBA-Tussente Junior Middleweight title on Saturday night.

In the first round, Ennis Lima dropped with a combination on the chin, starting with a right-hand cup, for an 8-score of referee Shawn Clark. He followed with a wave of pushing and dropped Lima a second time for an 8 counts. Ennis then followed up with a blowering combination, which led to referee Clark blowing it off.
Vianello stop barriers
In the main support, Southpaw Alexis ‘was the big’ Barriere (12-1 (10) by the Olympic Guido ‘The Gladiator’ Vianello (14-3-1 (11) at 0:20 of the fifth round of a scheduled ten rounds for the vacant WBC Continental Americas Seavenweight title.
In the first round, Vianello landed rights on the chin of Barriere in the first minute and final seconds. In the second round, Barriers exceeded Vianello. In the fourth round, Vianello landed a right cup on the chin, followed by several strokes, and dropped Barriere for an 8 counts of referee Ricky Gonzalez.
In the fifth round, Vianello again dropped Barriere with a right on the left side of the head, while referee Gonzalez counted him out.
Tahmir Smalls remain unbeaten
Tahmir Smalls (16-0 (11) defeated Jose Roman (14-2 (6) with a unanimous decision of 10 round for the North American Continental Welter title. In third place, Smalls scored a knockout after being connected to a right, followed by a left hand.
In the first round, the shorter Smalls novel exceeded. In the third round, Smalls dropped a right on the chin with a right, and as he fell, Smalls landed a left hand on the head when referee Harvey Dock gave him the 8 score. Smalls had the rest of the round in trouble.
In the fourth and fifth rounds, Roman came back well and won both rounds. In the final seconds of the sixth round, Smalls Roman shook a right to the chin. In the seventh and eighth rounds, Roman had a lead.
In the ninth round, Roman uses his reach to land on small. In the tenth and last round, Smalls threw him halfway through the round in a close round with a right on the chin.
The scores were 98-91, 96-93 and 95-94.
Visioli surpasses Wilkins
The lightweight Giorgio Visioli (9-0 (6) beat James ‘Crunch Time’ Wilkins (13-4 (6) by a unanimous decision of the eighth round.
In the first two rounds, Visioli Wilkins worked out. In the third round, Visioli went to the body of Wilkins and took another round. In the fifth round, Wilkins returned to Outland Visioli. In the eighth and final round, Visioli won another round.
The scores were 80-72, 80-72 and 80-72. Harvey Dock was the referee.
Moses dominates in six
Super featherweight Southpaw Zaquin Moses (4-0 (3) defeated Antonio Dunton El, Jr. (6-4-2 (2) with a unanimous decision of six round.
In the first three rounds, Moses dominated. In the fifth round, Moses injured Dunton with a left hand to the body halfway around. In the sixth and final round, Moses beat Dunton in the body.
The scores were 60-54, 60-54 and 60-54. Ricky Gonzalez was the referee.
The light welterweight Justin Palmieri (5-1 (3) lost to Naem Parker (6-3 (2) by a unanimous six-round decision.
In the second round, Parker prevailed in the first minute on Palmieri. In the fifth round, Palmieri’s right eye began to swell.
The judges’ scores were 60-54, 60-54 and 60-54. Dave Braslow was the referee.
Mederos achieved explosive ko
The light Welterweight Harley ‘Dennis the Menace’ Mederos (9-0 (8) struck Hylon Williams, Jr. (16-7-1 (3), to one round of a scheduled six rounds.
In the first round, a combination in the first minute dropped Mederos Williams with a right side whose knee hit the canvas for an 8 score of referee Eric Dali. Seconds later, a leftist on the chin of fellow dropped Williams again for an 8 scores by referee Dali. Between rounds, the corner of Williams refused to continue, while referee Dali stopped.
Thompson Rands Diaz in a war
Super Bantamweight ‘The Quiet Storm’ Dennis Thompson (8-0 (5) won a six-round decision on Sean ‘Dillinger’ Diaz (9-1 (2).
In the first two rounds, the higher Thompson had a lead when Diaz started to show off in the second round. In the third round, Diaz continued to display while exceeding by Thompson.
In the fourth round, Thompson drew blood from the mouth of Diaz and also exceeded him with a body shot halfway around. In the fifth round, referee Eric Dali took a point of Diaz to hold. In the sixth and final round, Thompson continued to work out Diaz, who had a mark under his right eye at the end.
The scores were 60-53 for Thompson, 57-56 for Diaz, and 57-56 for Thompson.
