He follows the footsteps of British hosting legends who received the prize, which was created in 2015.
These include a three-day champion of London Marathon Paula Radcliffe, Hugh Jones, the winner of the British Men’s Men’s Men’s Marathon, former Olympic athlete and a comment, which was the BBC’s voice in decades.
Kipchogen said.

John Dissley’s life prize is called by the name of the co-founder of the London Marathon. It recognizes exceptional people who have shown the value of the event to unite the world to ensure happiness and feel the feelings of achievements.
