Promoter Eddie Hearn calls the Moses Itauma against Dillian Whyte Heavyweight Fight “Brilliant Matchmaking” for their planned collision on August 16 in Riyadh.
Do they earn millions?
Hearn says the money whye will receive for battles in Riyadh will be ‘fantastic’. He does not say how much, but the $ 20 million Ryan Garcia and $ 10 million Devin Haney received at the Times Square event in New York last month, are good working estimates on what whye and Itauma will receive, if not more.
Do they deserve it? No. Whyte is washed, and Itauma is just a prospect. He is a contender, but he is still a prospect because he has never fought a contender, and he will still never be to the Whyte collision. Dillian is no longer arranged in the top 15 because of his losses and inactivity. Whyte and Itauma deserve to be paid in the thousands, not millions, based on the opposition they recently fought.
The opposition that summarized the promoters of Itauma would lose him against every fighter in the top -15. It is impossible to know if Itauma is a good fighter because he has been held in the kiddie pool since he has a pro. He did not have a real amateur career to talk about. So, this is his amateur career now. He will be rich on August 16. If whye exposes itauma as a falsehood, at least he will have the Riyadh millions to live.
The battle is completed for the summer and is the first step against the 20-year-old Itauma (12-0, 10) against 37-year-old Whyte (31-3, 21 COs), who is seven years past his lead. It offers Itauma the opportunity to see what it is like to face someone who has decent skills and still has formidable power.
Hearn notes that Itauma did not fight world-class opposition during his career. So there is no way to know how he will react if he is hit by Whyte. We know that Itauma’s brother, Karol Itauma, is in the same way as he is linked and fighting against tomato panes.
When he arrived, he was blown out at the Journeyman level. The same can happen to Moses, because his opposition was extremely awful. Even amateurs fight better opposition than the cans that itauma fought as a pro.
Whyte’s “fantastic” Riyadh money
‘The money is of course fantasticHe is at the end of his career, and I am not saying that he only takes it for the money. Dillian is a game man. I’m sure he’ll think he can win that battle. This is another big night in Riyadh, ”Eddie Hearn tells The bumpy terrain on the Moses Itauma against Dillian Whyte match on August 16.
“It’s still an activity. Dillian is a major heavyweight. He is very tough. I think. He (Whyte) sought (to Anthony Joshua) instead (to Anthony Joshua), and congratulations to him. It’s not an easy struggle, but I just think stylish and with Dillian’s activity, it’s a nightmare. “
