What the wild journey was this masters on Sunday.
It can be cliché to compare a sports event with a rotor – but during the last round of this 89 masters, I felt like that. With birds and bogeys, water balls and epic returns, Sunday at Augusta National was a timer.
Rory Mcilroy eventually prevailed in a play off Justin Rose, But at points during the last round, it didn’t seem to be so. Fortunately for you, golf fans, we can tabulate JUST How likely is Mcilroy to win the green jacket all day, thanks to our friends in Data.

After Mcilroy rolled in a bird’s blow to 10, he seemed as if he had finally defeated the Augusta national demons who had wandered since his fall in 2011. Around the same time, Rose Birds of the 13th (narrowly missing his eagle putt) to take second place alone.

After all, Mcilroy is a master champion. After hitting a perfect photo of the 18th photo, he hits a three-quarter-quarter wedge from the slope in the middle of green while his ball is only 3 meters above the cup. With the victory, he only becomes the sixth golf player who has ever completed the Grand Slam career, and first to realize the feat by Tiger Woods in 2001.
