With my manager I formulated a motto. God + Hard work + discipline = good luck. I have used that motto in my career. Disciplined means to accept a lot of sacrifice. And I think all three embody success. During my career, the motto motivated me and made me continue the sport. I did the little things I had to do on their own to minimize injuries. It gave me the opportunity to compete for 23 consecutive seasons without having any major injury. I didn’t have to sit for any season and thank God to keep me long.
