Oscar de la Hoya says it would be physically tough for Dmitri Bivol and Artur Betterbiev if they meet for a trilogy match between them. He says he wants to see it, but he feels it will be difficult for both light heavyweights.
De la Hoya benefits undisputed champion Biblical (24-1, 12 COs) to defeat the 40-year-old Betterbiev (21-1, 20 COs) because Biblical has the youth, speed and movement advantage.
Oscar says he was concerned about seeing the betterbiev wearing two knee ties in the ring, moving as slowly as if he were in mercury sand, and that he did not have the ability to cut the ring. Still, Betterbiev was in the fight and it seemed like he was on the road for a knockout when he was biblically chasing the ring of rounds three to seven.
Benavidez: a tough match
De la Hoya says he would like to see Biblical WBC fighting compulsory David Banavidez, because it would show bravery on his part. However, he feels that Benavidez (30-0, 24 coes) would beat Bivol because of his high punch output, ring-I and the ability to cut off the ring.
All the movement that Biblical used to defeat better would not work against benavidez. He will chase himself and cut him apart.
