David Raya No.1, Benjamin Sesko, and more

Joan Garcia is a target of Arsenal but does not replace David Raya as number 1

If Joan Garcia signs for Arsenal this summer, a transfer chase will end for more than a year.

He is the goalkeeper that Arsenal wants to bring, with the coach of goalkeeper Inaki Cana, a great fan of Stop Stopper, who has had a very impressive season in Spain.

In case the agreement passes, Garcia would arrive as no. 2. I would not replace David Raya.

Despite a couple of neglected moments in recent weeks, Raya has had another exceptional season for Arsenal and should be very high for the club’s club player prize.

In fact, I have been told that Raya will officially take the Arsenal No. 1 This summer, changing the number 22 that has been bringing this season.

As much as in the arsenal Rate Garcia, in case it arrives, it will come as the underground of its compatriot.

This does not mean that it will not finally become the Arsenal number 1, but that is why it should work hard.

Rodrygo would be an exciting signing, but can Arsenal really allow you?

If Rodrygo really is available this summer Then I would be crazy about Arsenal not exploring the possibility of signing the Brazilian.

I have seen suggestions in Spain that Arsenal presses the most difficult to land at the end of Real Madrid, but it is not something that I have heard at this stage.

But you could think that the club should consider the opportunity, if Real Madrid would make known that they would be open to sell the 24 -year -old.

It would be one of those market opportunities that will appear unexpectedly that you should look, especially if you are already on the market of a new broad attacker.

Rodrygo’s record speaks for himself. He is an excellent player and does not celebrate 25 years until the beginning of next year. It is the exact type of profile that Arsenal likes.

The problem I see with this potential movement, however, is the price.

If Madrid decides to let go of Rodrygo and, as far as I know it has not yet been decided, then they would ask for great money for the wing. You could wait for something around the £ 80 million mark.

And in a summer where Arsenal has to do a lot of important businesses, this kind of expenses seems a bit unlikely to me.

They are already planned to commit a shadow of more than 50 million pounds to sign Martin Zubimendi and whoever is the new striker, ends the signature, it will cost a little more than that.

So more than 100 million pounds have passed in two players with a new end, goalkeeper and defender who is still signed.

This only makes me feel that Rodrygo could be a step too far, as the quota would demand Madrid.

You could get Nico Williams, a player we know that Mikel Arteta would like to take Arsenal – for about £ 30 million. This is a huge amount, and although Williams would command large wages, Rodrygo could be said.

So we will have to wait and see how things progress in the coming weeks.

It would certainly be an exciting sign, but I suppose a high profile summer departure would need to be needed to make it possible.

Mikel Arteta will not be forced to sign anyone who does not want

I have seen the suggestion that Mikel Arteta and sports director Andrea Berta have different opinions on who should be this priority goal of Arsenal this summer when it is the new striker.

There is no doubt that Arteta likes Benjamin Sesko. Arsenal’s length in RB Leipzig’s leader is evidence of this.

But although we know that Berta has been liked Viktor Gyokeres since his time in Atlético de Madrid, this does not mean that the couple has any disagreement over the forward as we head to the summer window.

Arsenal will not sign a striker who does not want to.

So even if you may prefer each other, if the other ends up being the striker, who finally signs that it will not mean that it has been a decision made against the desires of Arteta.

He would have given him the green light.

Berta has been a powerful voice in Arsenal. Your experience and your ability to get offers on the line is considered crucial to help Arsenal have a little more advantage in the transfer window.

But he works next to Arteta, not above him. The decisions that will be made will be collective.

It is surprising that it takes a long time to see Gabriel Martinelli ahead

It was great to see Gabriel Martinelli a time playing in the center against Liverpool and it was even better to see -take advantage of it.

I thought it was really good. Their rhythm and movement really gave Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate something to think. He unearthed them and played a great role in the second half of Arsenal.

When Gabriel Jesus and Kai Haviertz were left out of the injuries, there was a real expectation between the base of the arsenal that Arteta would see Martinelli as a viable option in the role of the central striker.

Fans have not forgotten the electric one in this position when he first arrived in Unai Emery, although it was many years ago.

So it was a surprise that Arteta has been waiting so long to try Martinelli in this position, although he is probably in the impressive form of Mikel Merino.

But Martinelli showed everyone what he could do in this second half against Liverpool.

The channels were running well, went between Van Dijk and Konate, and began to stretch the defense of Liverpool with his races behind.

The change of Martinelli to Striker’s role also seemed to get the best of Martin Odegaard, who was another really interesting point in this second half in Anfield.

I thought Odegaard was excellent after the interval. It seemed that he was energized by having a quick advantage ahead that he sought to run constantly in space behind Liverpool again.

So I hope Martinelli keeps his place ahead of Newcastle this weekend with Merino now suspended.

It seems that both Leandro Trossard and Declan Rice will be adequate, as they both participated in the training on Wednesday, although in recent days they fought with string problems.

Kai Hartz has also returned to training, but it is very unlikely to launch directly at the 11th Sunday after being marked for so long.

So Martinelli feels like the most likely option right now. He could play centrally, with a piece to the left and Saka to the right.

Arsenal only seemed much more dangerous when Martinelli and Trossard changed positions to Anfield, so we hope that Arta takes something and settles in a similar way against Newcastle.
