British Sprinter speaks of inflammation due to Olympic frustration, making big changes and a part of Grand Slam Track
It feels special pain to finish just embarrassment. For Daryll Neita, this feeling was severely hit in Paris last year at the Olympics, the fourth in the fifth place.
It was a season of tall and close omissions. There were 100 million silver medals in the European Championships, but he was on the right track, but when the dust settled, there was another shot.
So what do you do when you knock the door but you haven’t turned it so much yet? Neita decided to change things. After a few years in Italy in Italy, it was felt that something was missing that he had to be awarded to the next level.
Enter Florida, and more specifically, Lens Bruuman – Coach Olympic 100 m Champion Noy Lil. No one who entered the closed season, the 28-year-old child took his time to live with his new academic group. Instead, his 2025 season begins with Jamaica’s trip for the first stop for Grand Slam Track Lege schedule. Natta will compete in a double city of 100 m and 200 m (April 4-6), Miam (May 2-4), Philadelphia (May 30 to June 1), and Los Angeles (June 27-27-27-27-27-27-27).

How was you last seen you compete?
The last time I competed, the athletes were (in September) and I just disguise to return to the tracks. Looks exciting inside and I think if you’re watching and you’re not competing, always gives you Buzz. Now I have made a little change and I really wanted to put myself in the best possible position.
What is it like in Florida with a new empire?
It was actually fun to be in a new environment and being around people I find very inspiring. I have learned things about my technique or things every day I can work and be better. It has been nice to have a fresh set of eyes on me and able to work on a large number of things – that’s what I really enjoy. It’s been a lot of nutrition.
How did the change of training groups come and why did you jump?
The change was not something originally planned, but I always want to put me in an environment that will eventually force me physically and mentally. I want to make sure I can be my best hypothesis because I think it’s really important, especially when I race at this level.
I’m so close from the podium and I’m so close to get to what I know can I do. I think I needed the final push to make sure I touched in all areas and put my best for myself. It was decided that I did, not too light, but I am very happy with it.

At the Olympics, the fourth and fifth, which you use as fuel and motivation.
One hundred percent. I spilled every ounce in my performances. One night doesn’t go through that I don’t care about how close I was, but it gives me a reason to stay justified and remained positive. I am on the spot that I think I am important to me and will continue to achieve my goals and strive for them, I think it’s really important. I really believe I can be on that individual chair.
How excited about to open your 2025 season and open the front of the front?
With Grand Slam, it’s a new opportunity, it’s a new thing that happens in the track and field. Last year I did athletes, and it happened for the first time. I like to do new things and I like to see what is there and I think this is a great opportunity to turn on things. It will be a brand new race, a completely new situation, and its whole structure is so different.
It is something that there will be many people, and I think it really helps to give that explosion to our sport, involving new people and showing that it is growing.

How excited you are to compete in Jamaica?
Somewhere I have always wanted to compete and there’s somewhere I have also received a family. It would be great for them only to watch on TV only on TV, because they always do and see me, but also to see me in the body.
Jamaica is always such a vibe, whether it’s food, music, culture, or race itself. It seems surprising that the race is competing in that national stadium. It’s really interesting to me that I open my season there. It just feels very special and home somehow. I mum my mother to watch me and I fly some other family members. It’s only one of the most amazing places.
Do you study to start 100 m and 200 million in the championships? Will Grand Slam Track be otherwise?
For short sprints, I think we are a way lucky because they are the events we usually do for me to feel enough for me. But then, with some events, we have many resources that we do not live in the apartment we never see, so I think it’s really hard because it’s hard.
Here you have to be good to get the prize, and I think they will show such strengths in the athletes that we haven’t seen it before.

What wonderful investigator events do you most look forward to watching as a spectator?
I’m mostly looking forward to short obstacles. It will be really interesting to see girls working on 100 m obstacles, then run 100m apartment. I think it’s an icon because we don’t watch them in the apartment, but they are so fast on those obstacles. I think we will really see a flat time quickly, and then we can see some explosions more often in 100m.
