Bukayo Saka is the latest Arsenal star to praise 2023 summer signing Kai Havertz with the England winger admitting everyone in the Gunners dressing room knew the 25-year-old was an “amazing” player.
“I’ve always thought Kai is an incredible player. Everyone in the locker room did too. We’re very happy that he’s showing,” Saka told CBS Sports. “He’s going to score a lot of goals this season, mark my words.”
Havertz has already scored six goals and assisted one in 10 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal this season and despite this, the Premier League club could still sign a new striker in 2025. The north London club will control his options during the summer transfer period, but in the end, decided not to bring a new leader.
There is a possibility that Arsenal will try to sign a new striker in 2025, but no decision has been made as their full focus is on this season and the club are very confident in the current campaign.
As for Kai Havertz, I think he’s been a fantastic signing for Arsenal; goals, assists and quality. He works hard every day with Mikel Arteta’s squad and is always looking to improve and improve. Everyone at the north London club is very happy with Kai and how he is doing this season.

Borussia Dortmund decided to activate their buyout clause in Yan Couto’s loan deal on Thursday, which will see the right-back join from Man City on a permanent deal as part of a package worth up to 30 million euros.
Many may ask why the Bundesliga club has done it so early? I can tell you that this was already part of the deal. Dortmund were always going to activate the obligation to buy clause as it was already guaranteed in the pact with Manchester City. So whether it was triggered early in the season or next May didn’t matter.
It is an exciting move for the Brazilian player who has been excellent for years, especially at Girona last season. The defender made one goal and 10 assists in 34 La Liga appearances to help the Catalan club qualify for the Champions League, which played a big part in clubs such as Dortmund interested in him this summer.
I think Couto is a great addition for BVB and I can only see him having a bright future in the game.
Former England manager Gareth Southgate has announced that he will not be coaching again next year and from what I understand he has been clear and telling the truth.
Speaking at a European Club Association event in Athens, Southgate said: “I’m definitely not coaching next year. I’m sure of that.
“I have to give myself time to make good decisions. When you come out of a very important role, you have to give your body time, you have to give your mind time.”
Despite the rumors linking him to Man United, I can say that right now there are no talks with the Manchester club or anyone else. Southgate wants to take some time off before making any decisions on the next step for his career. All is quiet regarding the English manager’s future.
It’s still early stages in this story, but Milan Skriniar is unhappy with his current situation at PSG in terms of playing time, with the defender having played just two games this season for the French champions.
If nothing changes at PSG, he would be open to leaving the club in January, but it will depend on PSG.

If the Ligue 1 champions open the door to a loan deal, Juventus could be interested in the former Inter centre-back and I am not aware of any offers from Premier League clubs at the moment.
In my opinion, I don’t expect Skriniar to play much more for PSG now that Luis Enrique has made his decision. This is one to watch in January.
The search for the central Liverpool – Despite the rumors linking the central defenders with Liverpool, I can say that I have nothing to tell you about it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Liverpool decided to sign a new centre-back during the 2025 summer transfer window, but right now, there is nothing concrete about the names. Liverpool are not in direct contact with any centre-back.
Samuel Ricci – Everything is quiet around Samuele Ricci from Turin. All the rumors linking him with a move away from Turin are only from the media, as English clubs have been looking for the midfielder but there have been no approaches, talks or proposals. Torino are determined to keep him at least until the end of the season. For those who may not have seen Ricci play, I can tell you that he is a quality midfielder, with great passing, great vision and a good personality.
