Day 4 Review

The 2025 World Championships in Athletics was one of my favorites out of all fifteen I attended, going back to 1995 (I skipped 1997).

Sixty thousand fans at the Tokyo Olympic Stadium kept the evening practice loud and fun. The fans welcomed the Japanese athletes with loud applause. The heat and humidity added to the challenging nature of the World Cup on many days and nights. Tokyo was a fantastic host, with lovely people, great support in the hotels, great ramen at the little local ramen houses, and fans who missed the Olympics and loved the chance to celebrate global sport.

Faith Kipeigon showed us how to run 1500 meters on day 4. Enjoy the coverage.
