Cole Palmer has become a fashion icon of late, starring in luxury campaigns and posing for magazine shoots.
The Chelsea The player has earned respect on the pitch for scoring 27 goals during the Blues’ 2023/24 campaign, carrying the tag of the coolest man in the game. But his passions extend beyond the 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge, with the England international entering the world of fashion.
He starred alongside Crystal Palace man Eberechi Eze Burberry outerwear campaign earlier this year, and will co-host GQ Men of the Year event with Manchester United superstar Kobbie Mainoo on Tuesday.
But before taking the mic to line up alongside Jude Law, Nicole Kidman and rapper Central Cee, Palmer took the time to detail what fashion means to him.
“I love fashion,” she said The Telegraph. “What you wear, people look at it, and maybe they’ll start wearing it. I do see where (the flashy footballer stereotype) is coming from. Not everyone is like that.”
Palmer’s latest shoot, for GQ, sees him modeling both a sleek satin tracksuit and a chunky jacket. However, during his interview for the brand’s Man of the Year, the Chelsea star gave a simple answer when asked what he likes to wear.
“I only wear trackies,” she said GQ.
