Separate training time for round 1
This week’s Cognizant Classic in Florida suffered a series of late withdrawals from top players. But there is still plenty of firepower on the field. Look no further than Brooks Koepka.
Koepka, a five-time major champion, is making his third start of the 2026 PGA Tour season this week at PGA National. It’s also the third start of his PGA Tour comeback after leaving LIV Golf late last year.
So far, Koepka hasn’t been at his best on this course, earning a T56 at the Farmers Insurance Open and a losing streak at the WM Phoenix Open.
This week is a great opportunity for Koepka to finally shake off the rust and earn a quality finish. But he will have plenty of proven winners to contend with, such as Will Zalatoris, Shane Lowry AND Max Homa.
Koepka will tee off in the opening round at 12:23 pm ET along with Zalatoris and Daniel Berger.
