1. Special thanks to Dubai Marathon and Pace Events for supporting this trip, Jan. 25-Feb. 3. www.dubaimarathon.org

2. Amazing marathon, Nibret Malek, ETH, won the men’s marathon in 2:04:00 on his debut. Anchinalu Dessi, ETH, won the women’s marathon in 2:18.31 PB. Ethiopia is top 3 in both races. More stories to come.

3. Millrose Games lived up to expectations! A great 2 mile win Cole Stoll, Cooper Lutkenhaus wins best in 1000m WJ, Cam Rogers wins the Wanamaker Mile for men, Nikki Hiltz wins the women’s Wanamaker mile. A sold out crowd. An impressive event! Great for watching World Athletics on YouTube. Well done, Millrose.

4. Fly from Dubai to Madrid on Tuesday and then sleep.

5. Touring on Wednesday, then Madrid closed on Thursday and Madrid closed on Friday.
