3. Although I feel that the new format of short interviews is like a rugby scrum, I like short interviews and have done two excellent long interviews with Steve Jones and Greg Meyer.
4. I’m starting a new marathon podcast series and will be sharing it soon.

6. NXN has regionals on November 9th, November 14th and November 22nd with finals on December 6th, 2025.

7. Brooks XC Nationals presented by #FleetFeet announced streaming deal with #FloTrack , details to come. Regionals on November 29th and December 6th, and Nationals on December 14th. Remember that 20 athletes will receive #GoldenTickets.
