Our topics today.
1: # Rakhalfmarathon was an explosion. I spent almost a week in Ras al Kaima on January 27 to February 2. The race was cool and windy, large tribes and elite men and elite women. 10,000 runners competitions from last year to 80 percent.

2. I flew all night, #Nubai from #newark, then #boston for #NBalancingindOgrandprix, which took place on February 2 2025.
3: # nbigp was fantastic. The path in the new balance was hosted by the unpleasant 30th Boston games. Great race from 60 meters to 3000 meters. The meeting ended with the two Olympic meter champions, Marseille Jacobs and Noy Lail, and it lived with expectations.

4. I wrote to # Lenoxhotel on Sunday evening and Monday I headed home.
5. Again on Thursdays for interviews with athletes in #millosegames when they developed. # Jeffbenjamin covered the press on Thursday, February 6, which we covered through social media. Funny interview with Aleia Hobbs.
6. 117th Millrose games held in Nike Armory on Mondo’s new track that replaced five strips of ancient trace on the old games.
7. The world record of 3,000 m by Grant Fisher and one mile WR by Yare Nuguse are huge stories. Wondering how little there is on an amazing meeting.
8. Director Ray Flin was mentioned in a short interview that the 117th meeting was the best. How does she make it Bettter?
See you tomorrow at Coffeewithlarry
