Unlike last year, the January transfer window was occupied by the Premier League clubs, but who did the best business?
There were certainly some winners and losers.
Marcus Rashford to Aston Villa It was a surprise while Mathys Tel to Tottenham It was a super acquisition, though for the second time asking.
Let’s look at how each club did and evaluate them accordingly.

Arsenal
In: N/a
Out: Josh Robinson, Marquinhos, Ayden Heaven, Maldini Kacurri
Classification: Do not bring anyone when Gunners need a forward a striker is a short look to say the least. Seeing that Ayden Heaven moves to Man United is probably a big blow. 2/10
Aston Villa
In: Donyell Malen, Andres Garcia, Marcus Rashford, Marco Asensio, disappearance of Axel
Out: Philogene Lowly, Diego Carlos, Philisto Buendia, Logue Gauci, Jhon Duran,
Classification: Getting the upper dollar for a disturbing presence at Jhon Duran and a decent wedge for the little performance Jaden Philogene was a good business. Carrying Marcus Rashford, Marco Asensio and other experienced heads emphasized what has had a brilliant January of January. 9/10
Bournemouth
In: Matai Akinmboni, Kai Cramptom, Julio Soler, Zain Silcott-Duberry, Eli Junior Kroupi
Out: Philip Billing, Max Aarons, Mark Travers, Eli Junior Kroupi
Classification: Some as for business like cherries, but their acquisition of Eli Junior Kroupi should not pass under the radar. A bright talent for the future. 5/10
Brentford
In: Michael Kayode
Out: Ashley Hay, Val Adedokun, Jayden Meghoma, Tristan Crama, Ellry Balcombe, Tony Yogane, Mads Roarslev, Matthew Cox
Classification: A mini departure for bees was needed and it was achieved with little discomfort. It could take a while to Michael Kayode, but Thomas Frank has shown long before he should trust his judgment. 4/10
Brighton
In: Diego Gomez, Eiran Cashin, Stefanos Tzimas
Out: Louis flower, mode
Classification: Although it is allowed to stay in Nurnberg on loan, Stefanos Tzimas is a sound purchase. In fact, much of Brighton’s transfer business is always done with the group in the mind and how the new signatures can be commissioned. It has worked for them during the last seasons and there is no reason to think that it will not be again. Evan Ferguson could be a great loss, but with little chance it was given minutes, a loan was the best result. 6/10
Chelsea
In: Mathis Amugou
Out: Alex Matos, Kai Crampton, Zain Silcott-Duberry, Max Merrick, Renato Veiga, Cesare Casadei, Caleb Wiley, Carneary Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, Joao Felix, Axel Disasi
Classification: Each time there is a transfer window, the circus reaches the Stamford bridge. The recent transfer business of Chelsea is still a real head screw. Bringing Joao Felix just to leave him again is just an example of quite strange decisions in the blue half of West London. Who knows what’s next! 3/10
Crystal Palace
In: Romain Esse, Ben Chilwell
Out: Asher Agbinone, Jemiah Omolu, Chris Francis, Luke Plan, Rob Holding, Jeffyy Suppy
Classification: The Palace has just started turning the corner again, and Ben Chilwell’s experience will be very useful. Romain Esse should be an asset for Oliver Glasner. 6/10
Everton
In: Carlos Alcaraz
Out: Charlie Whitaker, Harrison Armstrong
Classification: David Moyes has barely had time to set his feet under the table, so transfer businesses were always going to occupy a later January place. 3/10
Fulham
In: Willian
Out: Olle Sanderson
Classification: At the time of writing, Willian’s transfer has not yet been completely executed, although the expectation is that it will happen as planned. However, it is not fantastic to return to a 36 -year -old as the only business business. 2/10
Ipswich
In: Ben Godfrey, Jaden Philogene, Julio Enciso, Alex Palmer
Out: Henry Gray, Harry Barbrook, George Edmundson, Ali al-Hamadi, Harry Clarke
Classification: Kieran McKenna needed a bit of the Portman Road boat, and will wait for new additions to do this. Playing the five players mentioned above has only saved money at this time. If Jaden Philogene in particular can deliver the goods, there is a possibility that the second half of the season can be an improvement in the first, but it may not be enough. 3/10
Leicester
In: It
Out: Tom Cannon, Hamza Chudhury, Will Alves
Classification: A relegation candidate if any time was. When a great name was needed to breathe life at the King Power Stadium, Woyo Coulibaly was possibly not who was expected. A crash of a window for a team that wants to keep up to date. 1/10
Liverpool
In: N/a
Out: Rhys Williams, Marcelo Pitaluga, Calvin Ramsay, Thomas Hill, Stefan Bajcetic, Kaide Gordon
Classification: If you don’t break, don’t fix it. The moans and moans in summer about the lack of activity, certainly, this time. Arne Slot’s men have been urgently. Playing young players and strips makes a perfect sense. 8/10
Home City
In: Abdukodir Khusanov, Vitor Reis, Omar Marmoush, Christian McFarlane, Juma Bah, Nico Gonzalez
Out: Issa Kabore, Josh Wilson-Esbrand, Kyle Walker, Juma Bah, Jacob Wright
Classification: Losing Kyle Walker was, without a doubt, once for Pep Guardiola, but the strength and caliber of the players who have contributed in January, although at a significant cost, it cannot be hit. Do not bet against another title charge. 10/10
United man
In: Patrick Dorga
Out: Ethan Ennis, Joe Hugill, Ethan Williams, Antony, Ethan Wheatley, Daniel Gore, Marcus Rashford
Classification: At the moment, the fans of Man United are very half -empty or half -full glass. Patrick Dorgu is an excellent addition, but the red devils undoubtedly needed a main striker with more urgent. Losing Antony and Marcus Rashford, while a good business on the face, given their personal form, now leaves United lighting if the injuries begin to bite. The INEOS need to help Ruben Amorim review things from next summer. 3/10
Newcastle
In: N/a
Out: Isaac Hayden, Alex Murphy, Charlie McARTHUR, Miguel Almiron, Lloyd Kelly
Classification: It is clear that Newcastle is still worried about losing some big players. Not to sign any further, obviously, it is a direct result of PSR. Given his European aspirations, this January has been a poor man for Eddie Howe et al. 2/10
Nottingham Forest
In: Wayne Hennessey, Tyler Bindon
Out: Aaron Donnelly, Andrew Omobamidele, Josh Bowler, James Ward-Prowse, Lewis O’Brien, Tyler Bindon, Emmanuel Dennis
Classification: A window that was not bad or bright for the forest. They are currently having a good time, although a couple of scholars could have been pushed in the second half of the campaign. They do not want to live to regret their January business. 3/10
Southampton
In: Welington, Rento Takaoka, Joachim Kayi Sanda, Albert Gronbaek, Victor Udoh
Out: Ronnie Edwards, Will Aritage, Ben Brereton-Diaz, Samuel Amo-Megaw, Gavin Bazunu
Classification: For a team that has really been fighting, none of the new additions, with respect, is likely to improve the saints a lot. Without a doubt, loans were needed, and things seem to be more bleak than ever. 2/10
Tottenham
In: Yang Min-Hyeok, Antonin Kinsky, Kevin Danso, Mathys Tel
Out: Matthew Craig, Alfie Dorrington, Yang Min-Hyeok, Will Lankear
Classification: In the end, Tottenham passed the line with Mathys Tel and could be the spark that reigning the Spurs season. Other incoming transfers have also been considered carefully acquisitions. Ange Postecoglou could have a life line at last. 6/10
West Ham
In: James Ward-Prows, Evan Ferguson
Out: Maxwel Cornet, Michael Forbes
Classification: He never took care of the hammers after his expense last summer. Evan Ferguson, if you can achieve the higher form, will be an acute purchase of Graham Potter, as James Ward-Prowse again took. Although this season is already a writing for irons, there is a bold sense that they could have done something more in this window. 5/10
Wolves
In: Emmanuel Agbadou, Nasser Djiga, Marshall smoke
Out: Chem Campbell, Luke Cundle, we have multiple rates
Classification: More than 40 million pounds spent by wolves in their three new signings, so you cannot say that they have not tried to buy their departure. They will spend money well if they can help wolves get off the descent. 5/10
