Akabus supports Haydok-Wilson’s strength and thinking that could increase him large amounts of obstacles. Writes Henry Durand
Chris Akabus believes that 400 m Alex Hydok-Wilson possibilities have the best opportunity to break the British record if he decides to cross obstacles.
Akabus of 66 has been making a post for 33 years, but he is most likely a successor to Heidok-Wilson.
Currently, 25-year-old children are occupied by the third largest quarter of the GB, and recently won two bronze medals with men and mixed 4×400 m.
But Triple Olympic medalist Akabus said that obstacles could push him to the upper echelons of sports.
“He is not blessed with pure speed, but he received strength, he received aggression, I would like to see him change,” he said.
“One such force should be such a force, such a force, such determination that finally acknowledges that you are in a rush of 400 m.”

Akabusi has gone through obstacles in 1987.
He said:
“It’s hard, you’ve spent 10 years that you are called a quarter of a billion, it’s pretty romantic. But he could never accept it. “
Despite the success of the 2022 European Championships Relays and bronze medals, Akabus warned Britain that the switch would not be easy.

Since retiring, Akabus has participated in a number of charitable works, which have recently launched a course for children’s care, aims to increase their aspirations, ambition and work capacity.
The Mackenzie project, called an army sergeant, who inspired him to enter in athletics, has been cooperating with the Council of Norfolk for 4 years.
He said:
“Sergeant Mackenzie realized that I had some potential, and 5 years later, I was an Olympic silver medal while working with me.
“It is important for young people to know that the past is a link, not residence.”
