Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabiyo has been trapped in a legal row after a mother named Nadia claimed that he was sued £ 11,000 in child support.
At first, Nadia says he actually won the default case, but Adarabiayo hired the highest lawyers who successfully annulled the trial, leaving it -with nothing.
Speaking on social media, Nadia explained:
🗣️ “So I sued Tosin for damage worth £ 11,000. Tosin is my daughter’s biological uncle, who is quite ironic, as Chelsea fans call him” UNCLE TOSIN “. He is an uncle, but in no way or virtually financially.”
She added:
🗣️ “The disappointing is that I really won. I could have resolved or just pay the default judgment. But Tosin is a very rich man and I had money to spend … unfortunately I lost.”
The case has attracted online attention because of “The uncle” but “ Chelsea’s nickname fans use the defender, with Nadia who claims that reality is not up to singing.
