Estevao Willian prepares for life at Chelsea
Estevao couldn’t be better in terms of preparing for his big move to the Premier League as he continues to shine in his native Brazil.
It’s clear that staying a little longer with Palmeiras has been good for the teenager’s development, but he may also be outgrowing the Brazilian league and could be ready to make that move to play for a top European club.
Chelsea already have a lot of attacking players the likes of Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke, Joao Félix, Pedro Neto, Jadon Sancho and Mykhailo Mudryk, all in a similar role to Estevao, so it will be interesting to see how he fares when breaking into the first team d Enzo Maresca.
CFC could do well to loan Estevao to another European team, but at the same time it’s also easy to imagine this elite wonderkid going straight into the first team after taking Brazilian football by storm.
