Shakur Stevenson made a public apology to Turki Alalhikh on X and said he “overreacted” with a few things he recently noticed on Turki on social media. Stevenson says, “Let’s work.” He hopes Turki will help him to William Zepeda Fight next.
WBC lightweight champion Stevenson (23-0, 11 COs) feels that he needs the Zepeda match to improve his chances of getting the profitable one against WBA champion Gervonta Davis. He believes that by beating Zepeda, it opens the door for a fight against tank. It may not.
If Turki accepts Shakur’s apology, he can put him on his Riyadh season cards Dazn ppv And allow him to fight who he wants. He wants Zepeda for the beginning.

Many fans on X want Turki to wash his hands from Shakur and not allow him on any of his cards after showing his gratitude. Turki made him fight against an electrician on his 22nd on February 22 and beat Josh Padley.
He could have played it hard, and insisted that Shakur fight Herrera Cores Or one of the other top lightweight contenders. With Stevenson’s actions against Padley, he would have lost to Herrera, Andy Cruz or Raymond Muratalla.
It’s hard to know if Shakur’s apology on Turki was EG or a strategic step in the hope that he will get the fight he wants against Zepeda. Given how desperate Stevenson is to fight against Zepeda, it is probably He tries his way back In the fold with Turki, in the hope that he will bank colloll all the fights he wants. Should Turki Shakur trust or scat him by giving him the back of his hand?
Shakur can get the fighting against Zepeda and Tank Davis with him. It may not be good for him if he comes to the ring with them, but he will at least fight against them.
In the current situation, Stevenson will not get any of the guys, and he will lose his WBC title if he defends it against #1 Andy Cruz. He is a better fighter than Shakur. If Turki can deliver Zepeda and Tank, Shakur will make a lot of money to fight against them. So, even if he loses, he will have made all the dough.
Excited about my next battle it was a misunderstanding between Turki and the team. My excuse from my side to respond
Let’s work @Turki_alshikh
