Callaway is releasing their limited edition Apex TCB iron, which was used by Xander Schauffele in his two major victories in 2024.

If you’re someone who wants to play the gear the pros do, you’re in luck.

Callaway is releasing its limited-edition Apex TCB irons to the public on Friday, meaning you can hit the same clubs as a major champion twice Xander Schauffele. The stock set features seven irons (4 iron to wedge) in a beautiful raw aesthetic along with a 1025 cavity rear body with a 17-4 turn tuned face, giving you consistent spin control with every club in the bag.

Schauffele switched to Apex TCB irons in 2024 and enjoyed a career year on the PGA Tour. The 30-year-old won two major titles, recorded three runner-up finishes and posted 15 top 10s. His stroke-earning approach was a big element of that success as he finished inside the top five in the category with the Apex TCB irons in the bag.

Ever since Xander Schauffele put a TCB iron into play, his approach shots gained have increased significantly year over year. Now in 2024, he is top 5 in the world in strokes gained on the course and has won two major championships with the new TCB ’24 iron.

Schauffele has been playing with Apex TCB irons since 2021, however the set he used in 2024 has a raw steel finish that rusts over time. The clubs continue to feature a 1025 tournament hollow back body and a tuned 17-4 tournament face, with real Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 115 steel shafts coming standard.

The grips also have a tungsten weight screwed into the back to promote a lower center of gravity and have a shorter blade length, thinner topline and less offset than other Apex irons. If you are a gamer, these clubs may be for you.

Another unique feature of this set is the inclusion of a 10 iron instead of the traditional pitching wedge. The 46-degree club has the same loft as a wedge, but is stamped with a “10” instead of a “P”. Schauffele made waves when he debuted the club in Maui to start the season – and now you can do the same when you do it in your club championship.
