This is a fairly average bunch of fighters who have beaten over the past six years since 2019. It would say something if he had victories over Benavidez, David Morrell or Osleys Iglesias. He didn’t do it because the guys are on a different level than him.

Plant says he takes this fight against Resendiz because Jaime Munguia is fighting in a Rematch against Bruno Surace, and Christian Mbilli is negotiating to encounter Diego Pacheco. He wants to keep up a ‘big fight’ against Jermall Charlo. It is the one that plants, though Jermall is old, is inactive and not exactly the life of a boxer lives outside the ring.
