Catch all the pre-Turneu entertainment, the discoveries and celebrations that took place at the TPC Sawgrass in front of the player championship.
PGA Tour at x
Hi, friends, and welcome to today’s episode of Rogers Report! Was a very casual Wednesday here in Championship. I arrived in place at 7:30 am to eat a quick morning before Rory Mcilroy’s 7:45 am the press conference, then headed for the first day of the timer to talk to some of the player championship rookies. After that, I headed to the practice areas shortly before I walked nine in TPC Sawgrass.
Shortly thereafter, I followed the round of Shane Lowry and Rory Mcilroy practice in the front 9 before going back to the media center in front of Creator Classic (more at that event Here). It was 8am before I got out of the course, so in other words I saw a LOT During my 12-plus hours in TPC Sawgrass on Wednesday. And I’m excited to share them all with you!
Side Note Before we really get into it: I’m a big fan of Travis Scott X Air Jordan is that Mcilroy wearing his print. Funny pleasure to see the good ‘ personal style exit every time at a time, and you can’t go wrong with a good pair Nike Kicks.
A destructive discovery of TPC saws
I was shocked to see a man standing in the pond from the 16th green on the TPC saw yesterday. This is my fourth year that covers the player championship and the meaning that the basin is not THAT Deep (perhaps because of the layers on the layers of golf balls) made me both thought of everything about this place. This was the version of adults to detect Santa is not true. I’m not sure I’m really the same.
Maybe the basin is deeper in the middle of the basin? If someone from PGA Tour is reading this, please share the truth with me. I’m desperate.
The best sweet treatment on the planet
Let’s get this in the opening: I am a lover of Cake pop. My love for them began a few years ago when my younger sister reached every teenager. The age you find out that there can be something cute to carry an icy coffee with you. Of course, you are still too young to drink coffee when this realization happens, so you set for a less caffeine, more sugary drink: Refresher Starbucks. Whenever I’m home, I’ll get my sister from high school and we’ll go to Starbucks (because she wants her and I want to be her favorite sister). It will take a pink fiction and I will watch the menu and decide it is too late in the afternoon for more caffeine AND That I am too old for a refreshing. Enter the cake pop.
The cake pop is the perfect afternoon choice of mid-end at the end. You get about two dessert bites, and that is really all you need to keep you until dinner and then your real cakes. So I was LOT Excited to testify to Justin Thomas revealing one of the greatest gifts of life Wednesday at no. 17.
Justin Thomas and Max Homa were treated with some cakes Red Velvet, while they went to green, and I just know about it for a minute or more everything was okay in their worlds. So friends, I invite you all to treat yourself on a pop cake pop next time you do work. You will not regret it.
ACES at no. 17
Yeardo year, there is a caddy competition at No. 17 in TPC Sawgrass. As the players make their way around the course for their latest practice in the tour of the tournament, their loopers are invited to grow to enter no. 17. Departing for this week, the closest record to Pyin for a caddy was 1 foot, 2 inches. And on Wednesday, Jj Jakovac made history. Check it.
Incredible! The only thing better than Jakovac’s goal was the celebration that followed. There are not many scenarios where adult men will dance with joy, so my favorite part of every big golf stroke has become the following excitement. And fortunately for all of us, this was not the only unforgettable holiday that happened at No. 17 on Wednesday.
PGA Tour Pro Alejandro Tosti made a hole in one in No. 17 during his round of practice and the celebration was something I will never forget.
His caddy threw him into the pond. That is right, people. Tosti went for a diving after his aces. I just want him to get glasses and a snorkel with him so he can report again how many golf balls are under there. I also want him to swim in green, but he can save that idea for next time.
