WBA, WBC, WBO and IBF Super Middleweight Champion Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, 62-2-2, with 39 downturn from Guadalajara, Mexico, are scheduled to defend against the WBO Tuss-interesting champion Terence ‘Budford, Crawford, on September 13. Vegas, Nevada.
Alvarez defeated the super-middleweight contenders in his last four fights, including his last fight against the IBF champion, Cuban William ‘Incomable’ Scull, 23-0, from Germany, a month ago in May in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

So, coming September, it will take thirteen months since Crawford had his last battle, and possibly giving up a few thirteen pounds if he came in about 154, while Canelo was 167 in his last fight.
The Southpaw Crawford, who is now a former lightweight, light welterweight and welterweight champion at the age of 37, must be a big underdog against ‘Canelo’, which is 34.
Canelo has not lost against Dimitrii Biscolol, 19-0, now 24-1 since May 2022, with titles at WBO, IBF and IBO in the light heavyweight division.
Has Crawford achieved a title fight at Super Middleweight, or is he looking for a big payday that brings “Canelo” into battle?
