“Many to say about Bryson,” Bradley said during his captain’s press conference. “One of the most incredible things is that he qualified for this team outside the eight startups, which is unheard of. But what I am most impressed (by) is the attempt he has made to be part of this team. He had to travel, go out of his way to meet us in our places, and he has gone up and beyond what we would. Made the extra effort, it is amazing to see.
“The simple fact is that Bryson Dechambeau is one of the best players in Earth Planet,” Bradley said later on Golf Channel. “We can unite him with many boys. He has been very open with him – he will play with anyone. He is simply furious to get there and represent his place in Bethpage Black. He is a really great weapon we will have. Bryson has been absolutely unbelievable throughout this process.
This weapon helped grow the newest USA on Saturday. Bradley predicts that Dechambeau will make an even greater impact in three weeks as Americans look to ruin Mcilroy’s vision for completion of “Best Year” of his career with another victory on American soil.
