The Chicago White Sox had the worst season in modern baseball history after finishing with a 41-121 record and finishing in last place in the American League Central.
After winning the division just four years ago in 2021, things have gone from bad to worse for the White Sox, who appear to be at rock bottom.
The White Sox parted ways with their top starting pitcher last season as Garrett Crochet was traded to the Boston Red Sox.
Although they lost Crochet, the White Sox made several acquisitions, including right-handed pitcher Bryce Wilson from the Milwaukee Brewers.
Wilson has expressed his thoughts on joining the White Sox for the 2025 season.
“It’s an organization that really motivates you to show up to work every day and do what you can,” Wilson said via MLB Network Radio on Sirius XM.
“Any day, any team can beat another team.”

Wilson points out that even though the White Sox are in the midst of an ongoing rebuild, they still come to work every day and do the best they can with what they have.
Any MLB team can beat another team on any given day due to the superior talent these players possess.
Wilson is a seven-year veteran pitcher who entered the league in 2018 with the Atlanta Braves, where he played before going to the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2021 and the Brewers in 2023.
In 2024, Wilson appeared in 34 games with the Brewers and posted a 5-4 record with a 4.04 ERA and 82 strikeouts in 104.2 innings.
The White Sox look set for another rough season in 2025, but MLB is unpredictable and they could surprise some people next year.
