I love everything about Masters and that includes all the limited editions that come along with it. The problem, however, is that so many of these limited edition pieces are trying really hard and don’t translate to everyday golf. Looking at things objectively, if you’re showing up to the course with a Masters-themed bag, you’d better be a really good golfer and/or fully prepared for people to think you are. that boy.
It’s really hard to get the balance right and get the Masters themed gear right. Except from The Only Ghost Patron Collectionmy favorite release belongs to this masters season Bruce Bolt.
If you didn’t know by now, I am one big fan of Bruce Bolt’s golf glove. In a world where “premium” golf gloves are definitely a thing, I believe the Bruce Bolt gloves are one of the best quality gloves on the market and, if you don’t mind spending the money, well worth the price. They look premium, feel premium and present premium.
Okay, now to the Masters…
For the 90th running of the famous Augusta tradition, Bruce Bolt has released them Augusta White Gloveand, at first glance, it’s a simple white golf glove with some yellow and green detailing. That observation is accurate, but, as crazy as it sounds, that’s what I really like about it. Augusta National prides itself on restraint – which is why it holds such a special place in our hearts and minds. Augusta doesn’t need to try too hard and forces us all to take a step back, slow down and realize that true elegance comes effortlessly.
so yeah Bruce Bolt Augusta White gloves is a marked departure from that more lively siblings. But you know what they say: the devil is in the details. No detail here has gone unnoticed and that starts with the color scheme. I love that they stayed traditional and went with the right shades of green, yellow and, most importantly, red. Going a little deeper, the green trim and side panel detailing along the fingers is such a great touch and makes this glove truly stunning.
Bruce Bolt already makes a fantastic golf glove, but this one takes things to a new level. At $85, Augusta White Glove it’s $5 more than theirs standard handle. However, as with all Bruce Bolt offerings, you also get two gloves and a rather nice carrying case. If you are anything like me and want to feel as close to the Master as possible, this glove is for you. Get as much as you can.
