Golf Brandel Chamblee Never leave Liv Golf criticism. Livi’s biggest stars like Bryson Dechambeau rarely get a passage. But Chamblee had nothing but good things to say about Dechambeau in his latest episode in Podcast.
In addition to calling Bryson one of the “5 leading players in the world”, he also found that Dechambeau was put into a slow -raising dispute with an official R&A rules in the 2025 open championship.
And he argued that the dispute indicates why Double Us Open Champion will be a great help for 2025 US Ryder Cup team.
Dechambeau complains of slow game in the open
The fact that Dechambeau had a problem with the slow game during Open at Royal Portrush is not news. After the third round, Bryson revealed that his pairing was put in hours for the pace of the game.

“(R&A) The official said we just kept wasting time,” Dechambeau explained Saturday in Open. “Unfortunately, in the exchange of 16/17, you have a deductible hole, mobile can be played very quickly if you get it in the right place. They did it and we just waste more time for the group ahead of us. They put us in hours, which was unfortunate.”
He also suggested an easy solution to slow down the game in the Pro events: Put everyone per hour all the time.
“It’s very simple,” said Dechambeau. “It’s not at all difficult. You individually everyone for all their round. Ain very simple. No one wants to do it. Because people are too scared to be exposed. Which, I’m a lawyer for it. I would like to be with time, and I have no problem with it.”
Chamblee reveals new details on Bryson’s slow flaps
IN The episode of this week’s podcast “The favorite Chamblee”, Brandel Chamblee and his wife, Bailey Chamblee, were taken to talk about Dechambeau and Open.
This is when Brandel revealed more colors for the slow disagreement of Dechambeau’s game in the open rather than previously known.
While explaining how Bryson might be “pet” on the course, Chamblee said that when Dechambeau was put in the open hours, he got “right on the face” of the official rules that made the decision.
“(Dechambeau) was told to accelerate him to 17 (in the open championship) from R&A in the third round, I think, and he took a strong exception to him. He took right in front of R&A,” Chamblee said in Podcast. “So he can be quite strange. He has a little Eddie Haskell in it. He turns it on when the camera comes out and wants to look like he is doing the right thing, pretend he is doing the right thing, but there is a lot of me, I, I, the environment.”
Why Dechambeau ‘Cantanerous’ would be good for Ryder Cup
Essential is essential to note that Chamblee’s comments were not thought of as a small for Dechambeau. Instead, Chamblee was using the example of the open slow game dispute as a reason Bryson would affect the 2025 Ryder Cup in a positive way. “
Chamblee said Dechambeau is a blockage for the US team, adding, “You can’t deny that he is one of the most exciting players in the Golf game and one of the best players in the Golf game, and he will add to the rabid atmosphere in Ryder Cup.”
He then explained the reasons Bryson will be great for this September Ryder Cup in Bethpage Black.
“He’s a player’s hell and hits that nine miles and makes all these things amazing, so he’ll wear a great show on Ryder Cup and fans will like it,” Chamblee said. “So I think the ryder cup will grow from being there.”
