Boxing results: Theofimo Lopez outpoints Arnold Barboza jr. In defense-dominated collision

Theofimo Lopez (22-1, 13 costs), WBO Light Welterweight, fought a safety first and the challenger Arnold Barboza jr. (32-1, 11 COs) defeated by a unanimous 12-round decision in a defensive battle Saturday night at Times Square in New York.

Barboza jr. Did theofimo in each round to chase the ring and try to land, but can’t do as much of the time because of the movement. It was the purpose for Teo to prevent him from being hit, and he did an excellent job of it. However, the disadvantage did not land its own bumps. It is very difficult to score.
