Former undisputed World Light Welterweight Champion Josh ‘The Tartan Tornado’ Taylor (19-3, 13 costs) is upset about the former British, Commonwealth, IBF Euro and WBC International Silver Welterweight Champion Ekow ‘The Engine’ Essuman (22-1, 8 food) by a 12-Lound Unanimous Hydras in Glasgow, Scotland.
In the first two rounds, Taylor Essuman exceeded. Both had moments in the third round, with Essuman taking a close round. In the fourth round’s halfway point, Taylor landed on the Ken and Essuman drove several steps back. Seconds later, it was Essuman who ended up right on the chin of Taylor and shocked him. Another near round to Taylor.
In the fifth round it went back and forth. In the last minute, Taylor landed a combination to the chin of Essuman and shocked him. In the final seconds of the seventh round, Taylor was cut below the left eyebrow of a clash of heads – Essuman’s round.
Essuman seems to have an edge in another close battle in the eighth round. In the ninth round, Essuman landed a right and struck Taylor’s head with a minute left. My card is at this point 5-4 taylor. In the tenth round center, Taylor landed five straight strokes. In the last minute, Essuman ended strongly, but not enough to take a close round.
In the eleventh round, the action continued with Taylor who did well early and Essuman later. I have it 6-5 taylor that goes back in the twelfth and final round, back and forth, which has the best of it. Has Essuman done enough for the upset, or would it end in a draw?

In the second round, in the final seconds of a close game, McGregor landed a hard left hook to Collins’ chin. In the third round, Collins won his second round by landing McGregor.
In the fourth round, Collins McGregor dropped a left hand to the chin for an 8 scores of referee Mark Lyson. Seconds later, Collins McGregor dropped a second time with a combination of the chin for another 8 score. Seconds later, Collins McGregor dropped a third time to the body, causing referee Lyson to averted it.
IBO Continental Cruiserweight Champ Aloys ‘The Animal’ Youmbi (10-1, 9 cost) David Jamieson (13-4, 10 COs) knocked out at 1:54 of the third round of a scheduled 12 rounds.
In the first, second and third rounds, Youmbi recorded scolding before referee John Latham brought a standstill in the third round.
The startling 20-year-old WBO Intercontinental and WBA international heavyweight champion Moses Itauma (12-0, 10 COs) has a knockout over the Southpaw Mike ‘Silverback’ Balogun (21-2, 16 COs) at 0:46 of the second round of a scheduled 10 rounds.
In the first round at the halfway point, a stitch followed by a left hand of Itauma on the side of Balogun’s head, and down he went an 8 scores by referee John Latham. In the second round, backup a counter right hook of Itauma to the chin, and downward Balogun, his back goes without a score of referee Latham to a halt.
Middleweight Austin Brown (8-0, 3 food) stopped Reece ‘Bam Bam’ Porter (5-1, 3 costs) at 1:48 of the first round of a scheduled ten rounds for the vacant BBBOFC Scottish area in the middle weight.
Brown scored three knockouts in the first round and forced referee Kevin McIntyre to stop.
Super lightweight Luke McCormack (4-0, 3 food) knocked out Samir Cuentas (4-6) at 2:51 of the second round of an 8.
In the second round, McCormack landed a left hook and dropped Cuentas. Referee Darren Maxwell brought a standby.
The light heavyweight Alex Arthur, jr. (1-0), Robbie ‘The Camden Caretaker’ defeated Chapman (13-50, 2 food) with a four-round points decision.
