Jermall Charlo (34-0, 23 food) looked powerful in his ring return and scored a sixth round of TKO victory on Saturday night about travel man Thomas Lamanna (39-6-1, 18 COs) in his Tune-up match at Super Middleweight in the Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas. The push of Charlo was just as good as ever.
Charlo chased Lamanna around the ring and beat him with stitch and right hands. Third, Jermall dropped him with a sloppy shot on the side of the head. In rounds four and five, Charlo Lamanna knocked down with hard right hands.
In the final seconds of fifth place, Jermall Thomas dumped with a tight stitch. After the round ends, Lamanna looks at weak legs and walks back to his corner. At the beginning of the sixth round, the doctor’s doctor advised that the fight was stopped.
