Callum Smith (31-2, 22 CO’s) was wearing a beautiful clinic with a body sponge to defeat the previously unbeaten WBO tuss-century light heavyweight champion Joshua Buatsi (19-1, 13 COs) by a unanimous decision of 12 round Saturday night In the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Smith, 6’3 ″, dropped the entire battle on Buatsi with powerful shots to the body and returned without any problems. Buatsi used a lot of pressure to carry Smith in the later rounds.
Smith returned strongly in the 11th and 12th to hurt Buatsi with large shots at the head and body. Even in an exhausted state, Smith hit very hard in the twelfth and had Buatsi on his feet. I don’t know how he stayed because he took some monstrous blows from Callum.
