Bill Haney has released his 10-fighter hit list for his son, Devin Haney, to fight, and fans consider it too ambitious. Most of the fighters on the list would be too good for the Shell-Shocked Haney (32-0, 15 COs) in its current form, especially Jaron Ennis, Gervonta Davis and Theofimo Lopez.
Bill sees theofimo as The golden standard For whom he wants Devin to fight next, but he is completely out of reach. A fight between Lopez and IBF and WBA Welterweight Champion Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis is in the works for the summer. TEO does not change its plans for a big money fight against Boots to tackle Haney in a humble underwear assignment.
Haney’s performance concerns about
Fans believe that these fighters would destroy Devin and finish what Ryan Garcia started last year. Bill seems to try to attract a big name for his struggling son, Haney, to fight after his ominous performance against Jose Ramirez on May 2.
Promoter Oscar de la Hoya gave Haney the bad news on Wednesday and told the media, “No, that’s not the direction we want to go. Zero at all. ‘ De la Hoya Burst Bill’s dream of Devin gets a profitable Rematch with Ryan, which he waited for a year to fight after the New York Athletics Commission suspended him for beating Ped’s a year ago.
Bill will have to review his list and take a more realistic view of who he could possibly get for Haney to fight. The vast majority of fighters he chose for his list with ten fighters would not now be interested in fighting Haney. They are either busy or do not want to fight against him because there is no upside down.

Turki: Haney’s last hope?
What Bill should hope for is Turki Alalshikh who comes to Devin’s rescue, and offers one of the fighters a large amount of money to fight Dev. I don’t know that on May 2, he would have Haney’s action against Ramirez against Ramirez at the Times Square card in New York.
If you are Turki, you want to go in a different direction rather than using Devin again because he is fighting too much like Shakur Stevenson. Turki is already fighting his 12th card in New York. There is no need for another Shakur-Esque fighter to deliver a boring performance.
