Edgar Berlanga was his usual self today, and he has his major oncoming remarks with explosions and threats to his opponent Hamzah Sheeraz before their WBC Super Middleweight title Eliminator on this Saturday, July 12, in Queens, New York.
Sheeraz intimidates Berlanga face-off
You can see this by looking at Berlanga (23-1, 18) that he is worried about what can happen to him against the Great Puncher Sheeraz (21-0-1, 17 COs). During the face, Edgar intimidated by the larger fighter.
It was only before Hamzah began to step away that Berlanga started to go up to him in a way that a dog -like Quality on it. It would have been nice if Sheeraz had charged him to see what his reaction would have been.
In some ways, Hamzah is more dangerous than Canelo Alvarez because of his combination punch and the way he is going to kill if he injured someone.
Berlanga knows what’s at stake in this battle. He wants it “Big bag” in a re -broadcast with Canelo. With a knockout victory over Sheeraz, New Yorker Berlanga can at least stay in its good grace with Turki Alalshikh and possibly get a rematch with the Mexican star in the second half of 2026.
Sheeraz’s chance to quiet critics
