David Banavidez says he will fight next Callum Smith or Anthony Yarde. He leans to Smith, because he has the WBO tussenty light heavyweight title. Benavidez (30, 24 costs) feels that he needs that belt to help the winner of the Dmitri Bivolol against Artur Betterbiev 3 trilogy to face him.
David Banavidez is already holding the WBC and WBA ‘ordinary’ title ‘of 175 pounds, but he wants another belt to help push the victor into the Bivol-Beterbiev Trilogy clash.
Benavidez’s next opponent plans

Smith and Yarde are two top fighters, but not the two top guys under Dmitri Bivol and Artur Bererbiev. There is still David Morrell there. I doubt one of the guys would beat Morrell. Banavidez is focused on trying to force the winner of the Dmitri Bivolol against Artur Betterbiev Trilogy Fight to stare at him next. However, this will require the involvement of Turki Alalshikh.
Biblical has already shown that he is willing to sacrifice a title to swing benavidez and if he does it once, he can do it again. It is a bad style match for Biblical to face ‘The Mexican Monster’, and he is not a spring chicken at 34.
We saw Biblical crumbling in the 12th round in the 12th round in February when Artur suddenly went out for the first time in the fight with its pressure. The way in which Betterbiev waited to the twelfth to eventually make Biblical disappear for some fans on X. They felt that Artur had held back because he did not want to win the battle.
If he did, there would not have been a profitable trilogy contest, and he would have shot himself in the foot. The way Biblical crumbled in the three minutes of pressure made it clear that it would be an easy prey to the younger, high pressure style of benavidez.
No matter how much running Biblical, Benavidez would detect him, overwhelm him with volume and rack the victory. Therefore, it is quite possible that Biblical will be evacuated or retiring rather than fighting ‘the Mexican monster’ and striking out for the first time in his career.
Why Bisvol can avoid benavidez

Benavidez seems to be concerned about things he has no control over. He must assume that BiVol will avoid him again, because he has already shown that he does not want any part of fighting against him. Why should benavidez expect something else? He must hope that Betterbiev wins because he is brave enough to fight against him. However, if Turki decides that he wants to see a fourth Biblical against Betterbiev, there is not much benavidez on it. He may want to consider moving to Cruiserweight and going behind champion Jai Opetaia because he would fight against him.
‘So, if they (Artur Betterbiev and Dmitri Bivolution) don’t fight me after that, there’s not really much to say. I don’t want to say that people bend me, but if you get the most you’ve ever made in your career. And presumably I’m an easy warrior to beat, why are you doing this? ” said benavidez.
Biblical and Betterbiev are quite old, and they will be rich enough to retire without having to bring the extra money a collision against benavidez would bring. They are likely to evacuate if the Turki does not want to finance a battle between Benavidez and the BiVolt against Betterbiev winner. They do not want to take a substantial wage reduction against benavidez, which would be a more difficult battle for them. They allegedly received $ 10 million each for their re -broadcast last February.
Without Turki’s involvement, they would have gotten much less. Again, it’s older fighters. Standing up against a young lion like benavidez would not be ideal. The 40-year-old Betterbiev seemed to have lost a few steps from his first fight with Biblical. Dmitri is just a pure runner now, and he doesn’t have enough in the tank to fight a young pressure fighter like Benavidez.
