Chelsea are always busy when the transfer window comes around, and this January it looks like Ben Chilwell will be moving to Italian giants Juventus.

According to CaughtOffside sources with knowledge of Chelsea’s transfer plans this winter, Juve have stepped up their attempts to sign Renato Veiga, and will follow that up with a late window switch for England international Chilwell.

Everton are also eyeing Chilwelli Leicester want to re-sign the left-back given that he seems to have no future in West London.

Indeed, so far in the 2024/25 campaign, he has only managed one 45-minute appearance, in the Carabao Cup, for transfer market.

Sources have advanced that, unsurprisingly, personal terms are not expected to be an issue for Chilwell, who is understood to want to end his Chelsea hell as soon as possible.

He has been transfer-listed for £25m, but the Blues could accept up to £20m from interested parties.

Chelsea offered a surprise deal for the 26-year-old

Andrea Cambiaso’s transfer is expected in the coming days by the Bianconeri, and that would pave the way for Thiago Motta to quickly ensure he has a replacement with the right experience to step in straight away.

Lots of interest in Ben Chilwell

There is also significant interest elsewhere, with sources also suggesting that Borussia Dortmund, Marseille, Napoli, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Stuttgart, Bournemouth and AC Milan are all keeping tabs on him at the moment.

If there’s any chance Chilwell won’t be moving to Turin, it’s clear he won’t be short of offers this month.

While he may be a little rusty from the amount of time he’s spent on the sidelines, the winger’s diligence in staying as fit as possible in training should serve him well in Serie A, a league famous for be much slower than the ‘100 miles per hour’ Premier League.
