It is believed that Clarets manager Scott Parker will not see such a favorable deal, but with Burnley also in the same boat in terms of staying on the right side of financial fair play, it is a deal that will be seen forced to consider .
Bakayoko will have to wait for the Premier League move
At just 22 years old, Trafford is establishing himself as one of the best young up-and-coming English goalkeepers in the country.
While he has plenty of time to make his mark at a higher level than the English Championship, he may feel now is the right time to test himself against the best.
No fee has yet been mentioned for the custodian, although it’s a fair bet that if Newcastle want to pay him, they will have to sell before they can buy.
