No. 25 of Canada’s Aumer-Aliasim Seed completed surprise 6-4, 6-7 (7) 6-4, 6-4 bored by seed 3 Zverev to enjoy most fans looking at Louis Armstrong Stadium to reach the fourth round of US Open.
For “Faa” as he is known by his nickname, he is happy to have returned to the second week of a Grand Slam.
For 28-year-old Zverev, a former US Open Finalist, his search for a first-time first large title will have to wait until next year.

“That feels good. That feels good!” The 25-year-old Canadian said with a big smile after the match. “Of course, Job is not done. The tour is still going, but that means a lot to me.”
Although Zverev runs the overall head of the head against the Canadian, Auger-Aliasimi has now beaten Zverev in both their meetings in a Slam Grand.
Auger-aliassimi exceeded a nervous onset in the opening set that Zverev quickly capitalized to finally receive 6-4. No man could generate a resting point in the second set and it soon led to a tiebreak. Later, up to a mini-condition, Zverev won a certain point at 6-4 when Auger-aliasme sailed a long return.
However, Auger-Aliassimi recovered to finally get the connection and the second second with German.
“I had a difficult start, but then, as a little nervous, to be honest, even though I confronted these players in these situations. It was just a little nerve. As soon as I left, I felt good. It was just because, yes, it was a continuing job, and I feel everything was very nice, and all the things I worked out,” Beautifully, and all the things they have worked on tonight, “Aumer-Aliasss, in the future, and I feel everything was beautifully united, and all the things they worked on tonight,” Auger-Aliass.
From there, the match became everything for the aggressive game Aumer-Aliasime while Zverev tried to oppose Canadian growth. For the total match, Aumer-Aliasime hit 50 winners in just 29 from Zverev.
After receiving the third set, Aumer-Aliasim remained in control. In the seventh match of the fourth set, Auger-Aliasme returned back to the winner to reach 0-40 in Zverev’s service. He soon split with the help of another mistake from German.
Some matches later, Aumer-Aliasime served with four groups for the pleasure of late night in hand.
Aumer-Aliasme, who reached the US Open semifinal in 2021, is hoping for another similar run this time.
“I’ve come here since 2018. I’m still young, but a few years have passed and I’m working on my way (back).” Nickens beautifully because it was a developing job, and I feel like tonight everything came together very nicely, and all the things I worked on have paid tonight. Is a great incitement to faith. You need to be patient and believe that, if, if you have clear goals in your practice and when the match comes, this will come the results like this. “
For Zverev, he has returned to the Drawing Board in terms of his intention to win a key title for the first time. After lost in this year’s Australian Open final Jannik sinfulZverev managed to reach Roland-Garros neighborhoods, but suffered a first-round loss a few weeks later in Wimbledon.
AUGER-aliasimes Future faces no. 15 seeds Andrey Rublev In the next round with a quarterfinal place in line. The winner of that match can face Aussie Alex de minaur of the eighth seed for a place in Final Four.
